Yellow Card Offence Codes

• Y1– guilty of unsporting behaviour
• Y2– showed dissent by word or action
• Y3– persistently infringed the Laws of the Game
• Y4– delayed the restart of play
• Y5– failed to respect the required distance when play was restarted with a corner kick or free kick
• Y6– entered or re-entered the field of play without the referee's permission
• Y7– deliberately left the field of play without the referee's permission

Red Card Offence Codes

• R1– used offensive or insulting or abusive language and/or gestures
• R2– spitting at an opponent or any other person
• R3– received a second caution in the same game
• R4– serious foul play
• R5– denied the opposing team a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball
• R6– denied an obvious goal-scoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the player's goal by an offence punishable by a free kick or penalty kick
• R7– violent conduct
